Incredibly impressed with Ryan! We are very picky with who comes into our home and works on our equipment. I wish every service company was as thorough and customer centric as they are. Will not let anyone else around our equipment but osburn services moving forward. Well done guys!
View this review on Google MapsAlong with the first generator installation, another separate operation of disconnecting and reconnecting everything in connection with a re-siding of our home, Joe had to come out three times to complete the work. These guys are fantastic! We are very impressed & so happy we hired your Company.

View this review on Google MapsI had a fantastic experience with Osburn Services Inc.! Joe and Ryan were the technicians who handled the repair. View this review on Google MapsOur 20kw Generac standby generator was showing a fault and would not work. I called Osburn Services on a Sunday afternoon, Eric answered the phone, gave extremely helpful information and taught me how to soft start the generator. We found out later that Eric was the owner. We needed a replacement generator and talked with Chris, the sales person. He was great. Our installation is a little complex due to solar, geothermal, shedding, etc. As a result, both Eric and Chris made a visit and explained our options. Today Osburn Services installed our replacement Generac 26kw standby generator. The Osburn team consisted of Josh, Anthony, Nick, Steve and Joe. Each of them was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, respectful and polite. They explained everything we needed to know. We would be happy to have any of them back in our home again. The installation took 4 hours. In short, we had a great experience with all the folks at Osburn Services and highly recommend them.

"All around fantastic experience! The customer service is impeccable and they were able to do everything I needed professionally and in a timely manner. Got a 20kw generator installed, sub panel, and whole house electric work. I worked very closely with John during majority of the work. Due to my busy schedule, I would sometimes get side tracked but John would always call about scheduling and other issues to keep me apprised and things moving along smoothly. He worked efficiently and knew exactly how to handle any issue and obstacle we came across. They also had my back when working with the power company and helped me get the best outcome when I was unsure of what to do. Overall amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone needing electric work or looking for a generator!"
